Our 2022-23 SMART Goals
Bartley ElementaryGoal 1:
Reduce number of office referrals by 10% from 286 (2021-2022) to 256 (2022-2023) measured by data received from SWIS. Goal 2: The end of the year iReady Reading Diagnostic will increase from 72% (2021-2022) of students on or above grade level to 82% (2022-2023) of students on or above grade level. Goal 3: Average daily attendance will be 90% of students at school 90% of the time as measured by data from Pulse. |
Fulton Early Childhood CenterGoal 1:
FECC staff will implement High Scope with fidelity. Goal 2: FECC staff will implement Conscious Discipline, PBIS, and CharacterStrong’s Purposeful People with fidelity Goal 3: Student’s will increase their Letter ID skills (MO EL Standard Reading). Goal 4: FECC staff will focus on ensuring that FECC is a family friendly school. |
Bush ElementaryGoal 1:
90% of students at Bush Elementary will attend school 90% of the time. Goal 2: The percentage of students scoring on or above grade level on the iReady Reading Assessment will increase by 10% during the 2022-2023 school year. Goal 3: The percentage of students scoring on or above grade level on the iReady Math Assessment will increase by 10% during the 2022-2023 school year. |
Fulton Middle SchoolGoal 1:
92% of our students will attend school at least 90% of the time for the 2022-2023 school year. Goal 2: The number of major discipline occurrences and subsequent loss of instructional time will decrease by 10% from the previous school year. Goal 3: Students will be on or above grade level or make at least one year's rowth in academic areas as measured by our school benchmark assessment tool NWEA. Goal 4: Utilize survey data to increase partnerships from our parents and the community of FMS. |
McIntire ElementaryGoal 1:
The number of major discipline occurrences and subsequent loss of instructional time will decrease by 10% from the previous school year. Goal 2: The percentage of students scoring on or above grade level on the iReady Reading Assessment will increase by 10% during the 2022-2023 school year. Goal 3: The percentage of students scoring on or above grade level on the iReady Math Assessment will increase by 10% during the 2022-2023 school year. Goal 4: The average daily attendance of students will increase from 81% to 90% of students at school 90% of the time. |
Fulton High SchoolGoal 1:
We will achieve a 95% engagement rate as measured by the percentage of students with passing grades at the end of each semester Goal 2: The percentage of Fulton High School students attending school 90% f the time as indicated by the 90%-by-90% attendance report will increase rom 65% as measured in May 2022 to 80% by May 2023. |
