Our Fulton 58 District Leadership Team
The District Leadership Team for PLC was developed to capitalize on the expertise of individuals and teams across the district. The goal is to share best practice across the district to ensure we continue to learn from one another. The team discusses and shares practices to also ensure consistency and fidelity to the PLC process.
Our MissionOur mission is to encourage, guide, and support the Professional Learning Communities process within Fulton Public Schools.

Our VisionThe District Leadership Team will support FPS by identifying staff needs, providing feedback, and evaluating the effectiveness of PLC processes within every building and within FPS as a whole.

January 5, 2021 - Finalized District Leadership Team Planning Calendar December 1, 2021 - Reviewed District Leadership Team Planning Calendar November 3, 2020 - Developed a direction for ongoing professional development. October 6, 2020 - Reviewed the results of the Critical Issues Survey, considered options for sharing the FPSPLC Weebly site, discussed an administrative liaison. September 15, 2020 - Evaluated our progress from last year's work and determined our focus for this year's work. |
2019-2020March 3, 2020 - Finalized DLT Mission and Vision, began work on meeting agenda templates for grade level teams, reviewed work on building action plans.
February 4, 2020 - Cancelled due to weather. January 7, 2020 - Updated Mission and Vision for District Leadership Team December 3, 2019 - Review of the FPSPLC site and formulate plan to share the site with our buildings. November 5, 2019 - Website work. October 1, 2019 - Discuss building improvement plans. September 3, 2019 - Review the updates to the FPSPLC site and consider additional revisions/maintenance. August 13, 2019 - Reviewed the FPSPLC website and developed plans for growth and maintenance of the site, set our meeting schedule for 2019-20. 2018-2019May 7, 2019 - Reviewed the skeletal website; discussed plans for utilizing the site as we move forward as a district.
May 7, 2019 - Continued work on the FPSPLC website. April 2, 2019 - Continued mapping the FPSPLC website and planning the stages of its development. March 5, 2019 - Begin mapping out plans for a district PLC website. February 5, 2019 - Finalized preparations for BOE presentation, discussed building activities and assessing their value for the future. January 8, 2019 - Preparation of short BOE presentation regarding the work of our District PLC. December 4, 2018 - Building Improvement Plans November 6, 2018 - District calendar discussion, SMART Goal update, data discussion. October 2, 2018 - Building Improvement Plans/SMART Goals September 4, 2018 - Mission, Vision, Collective Commitments August 7, 2018 - The team will be creating a district binder of each school's PLC practices.
